F***'ing women

So my wife was backing out of her parking spot, and she manage to rub up against a pole, and tore out the driver side headlight which broke the light and ripped out a piece of my bumper which had just been painted like 2 months ago from an accident with a deer {But i couldn't get too mad at her cuz it happened on our 7 year anniversery and fighting on the phone sux when I'm so damn far away}.

I remember coming across these lights when I was doing the E36 light swap on my 3rd gen
Anyone have any experience with Umnitza?
http://umnitza.com/nissan-maxima-pro...03-p-1213.html

I've never had to take my headlights out, so I'm not really sure how the HID system works on the OEM lights...Are the Ballast and igniters integrated into the headlight assembly, or can they just be swapped into another headlight? If I bought the Umnitza lights, could i use factory HID setup, or would I have to buy a plug N play HID kit too? What about the bulbs, I believe the OEM uses a D2R, and projectors use a D2S, is that correct? I'd love to look at all this for myself, but I'm in Afghanistan right now, so I'm just going off what she told me...

Anyone have a drivers side OEM for sale? Or just a lens only???

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Where did you get new lenses, and how much?

Yeah, I'd definitely like your lenses, but at your convenience of course...
I'm in Kandahar, and it sucks donkey *****! But, my tours almost done and I'll be home in 8 weeks, which kicks ***!!!
What's your MOS? I grew up in Portland and my wife's from the Puyallup area, her dad is retired out of McChord

I told her to go buy some clear duct tape an tape the **** outta them till I get home. The last thing I need is her ****ing up my car any more. That'd be awesome to have some lenses when I get home...I've been wanting to open and paint mine anyways, and I guess I'll have my chance now.

Just let me know when you take yours off, and I'll PM you my address, and I pay for shipping of course!
Thanks bro!

OK, i got some more internet time and I did a little searching around, and I found threads that pretty much explain the Lights I referenced...I don't give a **** about the projectors, or the halo's, I just need something to replace the headlight and I can't afford new OEM, But Hopefully "cant get ryte" can get me those lenses cuz I wanna stick to stock...
What does it mean when the "tabs" are broken off? Like I said, I've never had to mess with my lights, never even had to replace a bulb and I've had the car for 6 years...

The tabs that I think you are talking about are located on the top. Note in the picture, the two tabs coming from the headlights.

Lesson learned. You don't let women touch anything you own, especially your car.
