Anybody in the Northern Jersey area?

I have a 2k1 Max, 5-speed, stock. I want simply shorten the height of the stick, but lack the tools to do so. If anyone in the area can help, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanx.

Buy a new shift ****. I got a MOMO Airleather shift **** that is round and stubby. It shortened the stick height a little. Best advice i can give you.

I already have an aftermarket shift ****, but it is pretty cheap and if I was able to shorten the height of the stick then there would be no way to screw the **** back on. I would need a cutting tool and something that would re-thread the stick.
