AE spoiler/aero kit replacement options

Was coming home on the interstate in the rain. A truck must have blown out a tire and I didn't see it till too late..... and ran over it. Took out the front spoiler, right side mudflap with the lower sill, and splashshields to boot. Saving grace was nothing mechanical was damaged, and still drivable.
Now I know there are other AE drivers that have had damage along these lines.. The biggest problem is replacing the no longer made body kit, unless someone knows of one around.
I know I can search, blah, blah, but I would like to here from some people that have gone with different replacement options, and their experience with it actually on the car, not some photoshop pic. I've got some leeway with the ins company, and the bodyshop is open to ideas.... SOOOO put them up and give me some direction on whats best and why...... Thanks.. Mike

You could repair it if you have all the pieces.

They make trim repair glue that is sandable and flexible specifically for ABS/Urethane-type plastics.

For a part as rare as an AE lip, this is the best option. You're not going to find a replacement without shelling out big bucks for it.

Right side of the lip is gone, middle, can't remember, left is fixable. Front half of right side skirt is gone...

In that case, an 00-01 Stillen lip would be a good option. Looks pretty similar to the AE lip. For the skirts, you're probably better off getting a set of aftermarket ones. You'll be hard pressed to find someone selling a single side skirt.

If budget isn't a concern and you're looking to get the car back to the way it was, keep an eye of the classifieds here as well as eBay. You'll need some patience, but one pops up every now and then. They sell fast and don't go for cheap.

Finally got the ins company to spring for a complete stillen kit...... $700 with free shipping isn't a bad deal. Talked to the body shop and told them to put the old pcs in the trunk. Gonna keep them or throw them out and see what I can get. Complete rear AE lip has got to be worth something...

Pics aren't real clear, but the corner looks like more than small cracks

b13, good choice on the Stillen kit. The AE kit ends up being about 14 pieces all around including splash guards, though I've seen some AE's without splash guards. Sorry to hear about the damage to yours but I think you will end up being more satisfied with the Stillen kit. The Stillen kit would be my choice also if anything were to go wrong with my AE kit. Post pics after the install if you can!
Peace

Body shop got the kit in today. The way it looks, plan on a professional install. The only attaching hardware that comes with it are rivets. Directions don't even say where to put it!!! Pieces look a little flimsy, but maybe with some double faced tape it will look right. Sucks, no mudflaps are available with this. BLUEMAX01SE , I'll put up some pics and let you know the end result.....
