How do I make custom LED tails?

Okay, so as the title states, I want to make some custom LED tails, or get someone to make them for me. I do not like the ones that are out there for my 5.5, so I am willing to go custom made. If anyone one knows anybody or somewhere I can send my tails off too and have them put LEDs in them, please let me know. If not, I am going to attempt to explain what I want so maybe someone can help me out.

What I am going after is a complete stock looking tail, but filled with LEDs, both the brake/running and the signals. I still would like to keep the amber signals, but I would like to clear the amber lense, and get amber LED's. For the brake/running, I want it full of LEDs, and for all the LEDs to light up when I apply the brake. For the running lights, I would like just about 2 or 3 rows on the bottom to remain lit at full brightness, and the rest of the LEDs would be completely off. So when I apply the brake, the rest of the LEDs would come on. Basicly, I want it to look like the new Escalades when the running lights are on, just that instead of being vertical, the running lights will be horizontal at the bottom of the half circle. Can anyone help me with this, such as someone who can do this for me, or tell me what I will need and how to do this?

There are a few members that have done it. The biggest issue with the 5th gen tails is that the lens and the housing are fused together. You cannot bake them to separate the two halves. From what I've read/gathered, you must dremel around the edge or find a place to insert boards and then reattach.

I see, so that is in order to get into the light, right?
