Wiring Question for PIAA lights???

Quick question...
I am planning on getting some piaa stealth 912 driving lights for my new max. Here is the deal... I want to wire them so that they only come on with my brights (really into blinding people when I get cut-off!) Will this procedure be difficult or will it be pretty simple? I would assume it would be almost the same as re-wiring the fogs.
Thanks in advance

I don't think it is as easy as re-wiring the fogs with the parking lights. To make your driving lights come on with your high beams, I think you need to tap into a certain relay and ground wire. Not sure where or how you do it though. I was planning on re-wiring my fogs with my high beams but someone told me you need to tap into some relay and ground wire. Too complicated.
