HID Foglight Issue:

I am installing a 35W HID fog light kit in my car and for some reason the passenger side wont fire up. I thought it was the ballast or the bulb, but I switched everything to the driver side and it fired up right away. I'm thinking that for some reason I'm not getting enough juice to the passenger side. Does anybody have any ideas. Do I have to upgrade the OEM fog fuse under dash? Thanks!!

Start the car and then turn them on and see if that solves the issue. If it does, you're not getting enough power when the car is off.
