Ok its getting late i just got a new radio an kenwood kdc-mp745u i want to install it inplace of my non bose set up if someone could direct me to a write it would be nice then i will delete thread

and be careful taking out the screws on the side of the unit, they are in there REALLY good... I screwed the screws up and brackets doing it...

 

There are two wiring harnesses that get used during the install, one has power & front speakers, the other has rear speakers. There is a third harness that is not used in the aftermarket stereo, but you'll want to ground the brown/white wire in that harness, so that your trip computer steering control button works (MPG/DTE/etc.).

 

Yea those screws are a *****, aparently the secret is to tighten them until they make a pop sound then to unscrew them... Although my secret weapon (Drill Press) worked well too.
