Ok, so I'm assuming this is for an 00-01?
No reason to do cam gears or a water pump unless something is wrong. With the extent of this job, I would rather swap a used low mileage engine in tehre.

When I did my timing chains (had a bad tensioner but decided to replace timing chains as well) I went ahead and replaced the water pump just because it's only about $80 and super easy to install when you already have the timing cover opened. I did have to replace a cam sprocket because I damaged it while I was taking it off but to the OP you more than likely won't need to replace any sprockets. I'm not sure about the VQ30 but I know the VQ35 intake sprocket cost an arm and a leg (over $300).
