D'ya think it's worth bypassing POS-tenzas altogether?

Got my HLSD 2K2 6 speed on order for January 15 - Feb 15 delivery... do you think it's worth just getting the dealer to take off the Bridgstones and apply the cost towards dealer ordered PILOT A/S ???

I suppose it would all depend on the price they quote me, but my question is, are the Bridgestones that bad that I wanna take a hit in $$ for them to get the PILOTS right off the bat?

I don't know the answers to your other questions, but I do know that the Potenzas blow monkey nuts.

I wouldn't try that on a public highway with traffic though.

Yeah, they do work well for drifting.

Hell Mother****ing YES!!!!

These are the crappiest tires I've ever driven. With all that torque you need something to keep you on the ground.

Not fun if you hit a curb. But fun in an open area.

If you don't

you will wish you did when you pull out in front of someone and just spin endlessly.

true.... on a more dangerous note, I once was trying to make a left turn and it was raining. I was in the middle of the intersection and once I saw an opening I hit it. I spun the tires, got stuck in the middle with oncoming traffic while I kept spinning, but made it just in time... that was scary

Just keep the wheels on during winter... you'll get your moments.

i want VOLKS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO bad but they are so damn expensive and this car and insurance is killing me. oh well, the bank just implemented a new bonus plan and it could mean big bucks at the end of next year. we'll have to see what happens. either volks or racing harts.
