This is what came out of my radiator.

So my radiator busted right, so I go and buy a new one. Nice and light. I have to flush out the whole radiator system anyways so I went to get all my supplies and **** so heres everything and heres what comes out of my radiator.
All of that filth on the bottom was in my cooling system. Hope nothing else F's up.

This is what was in my reservoir The whole top seal all around was fail. This is the new one. All nice and aluminum from Koyo.

heh heh... true. Presentation etiquette fail. I'm chuckling at that. But I'm also mindful of how completely freaked out I would be if my engine bay got covered in crap like that.

Last week I had my radiator overflow reservoir off the car because I realized there was a layer of crud on the bottom few inches. Soaked it in bleach for a day, then blasted it clean with hot water. It came out nice. I figure to have my radiator flushed this Spring, too.

OP, the mess in your bay I understand, but I don't see what you're getting on about with those photos top-down into coolant fluid.

I was going to comment along the same lines, your fluid from the rad actual still looks like what comes straight out of a brand new jug .. nice bright green ... now the over spray from the rad seam letting go that looks like crap, I remember mine when it did the same thing ... a real pain to clean up.

I have never seen anything like it before with white stuff all over your engine bay. Very unusual for a new radiator, where did you buy that radiator from, hope it was brand spanking new.

I reread it. His original one failed so he he bought a new one. The new radiator isn't the one that failed.
