When you say under the dash, are you referring to the electrical circuit or the liquid stuff? The liquid gasoline is not routed under the dash, the tube/pipe it runs through is on the underside of the floor on the driver's side.

Its the electrical circuit I'm looking for. Any idea?

The ECU tells the fuel pump to run. It energizes a relay (which Nissan for some reason calls the Fuel Pump Relay) and the relay sends 12 volts to the fuel pump. Fuse # 29 (15 amps) protects the circuit. The wire that goes to the fuel pump is on pin 3 of the relay, a black/yellow stripe (on a 2001 model anyway).
The fuel pump relay is located behind the driver's side kick panel (ahead of the door & below the dash. There are 2 relays there, the fuel pump relay is closer to the door. FWIW, the other one is the rear window defogger relay.
The electrical diagram is on page EC-620 and the relay location is on pages EL-354 & 355, again this is for the 2001 model. Other year models may be different, usually only a page or 2.
