RWD VK56VD?

So im starting to compile my list of parts for a RWD V8 swap on my 01 maxima. At this point i have a line on a new VK56VD but now am trying to decide what platform i want to use for the rear end. Was thinking about possibly using a rear setup out of a J30, 300zx or 350z just to stay with the nissan family. Was also considering putting a solid rear with custom 4 link, only issue with that is i would like to have a fully independent rear. Fab work and parts are not an issue for me, im just trying to get ideas on what to put in the rear. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Oh i forgot its probably getting a Jerico 5spd

what would your purpose of the build be??

if its going to be on the strip, solid axle is the way to go...
IRS is more of the lines of ride quality...

on the other hand, them 5.6 are some quick sob...
started to pull on a buddies g35... stock vs stock..

RWD 2nd-7th gen Maximas -- because hanging the entire engine out in front of your non-drive axle is an instant recipe for success.
