2002 Difficulty starting, hair pulling out

I searched and done everything I know.

Briefly, engine died a few times and went to idle, I changed the Cam Sensors.
Engine had trouble starting but ran well. Then at night the battery went dead on a test run. I replaced the alternator, charged battery, started, ran like a scolded cat, but then requires 30 seconds of cranking to get started again each time now.
Please help.

1. Ground is good.
2. 202k miles.
3. K+N filter is clean.
4. gas is good.
5. Fuel pumps sounds fine, buzzes with ignition and the stops, as it has done since new.

CEL? Battery load tested/replaced?

MAF, plugs, coilpacks, there is a number of things...do a compression test as well

I had a cam sensor code and the P1800 code, I disconnected the VIAS thing and plated it off.

I have a crank sensor that I bought in error, maybe I should change that and see, thanks.

Well, I finally changed: Alternator, Crank/Cam sensors, I then did comp test, which was perfect, it was at that point I realized I had never changed the plugs.. Voila!!
The problem is solved. 202k miles on factory plugs, they were all worn down and generally crap, what a maintenance slob I can be

Over 200 k on the plugs? And you're asking for help, pulling you're hair out? I hope this taught you a little something.

i kinda have somethen similar... it only happens when its cold.. When i start it up in the morning and just put it in drive and go it wants to stall.. my rpms drop about to 400 rpms but if i give it a little gas it acts normal its only when its idleing...BUT if i let it warm up and drive it it doesnt hesitate it just goes... i already replace the crank sensor by the pully but ik there is a second one(not exactly sure where it is) when i put the the crank sensor in and started it it didnt hesistate as much as it used to so im debating on changing the second one.... any advice?
