A guy started walking across the service road and I slowed to nearly a stop... next thing I know, I look in the rear view and saw a tahoe slam me.. when I started opening the door, felt 2 more jolts..( accord and silverado)

I had just switched insurance from liability to full coverage..

The rear end of the car is no more then 6 months old from another car that had hit me...

FML...

everyone, even friends and family has asked if the cars repairable...
i honestly do not know...

the car was totaled out 2 years ago... (doing 70 on the hwy and a hwy utility truck pulls out in front of me...)

it was horrific but i loved the maxima to much just to let it go like that...
bought it back and had every front end peice replaced... (reason being why i have a gap issue if you look at my previous post)

Tool box, Jack, 8 inch kicker with custom encloser and other bs...

My tail lights don't look to bad...
Will ask if the body shop will just throw 00-01 SE tails and keep the 02-03 just to play around with...

Good news is, it sounds like everyone else is at fault except you. It might sound a bit low, but I'd hire an attorney if you were actually injured. That's potentially three other insurance agencies looking to screw you as much as they can get away with. And yeah, get checked out by a doctor no matter how good you feel now. I've been in one of these and never had myself checked because I thought I felt fine. Years later I find that my neck and back issues that are still happening now is because of that past accident.

Been with my little girls all day... Haven't had the time to be looked at by the ER...

How would their insurance come after me?

Wow I sure do hope that you are ok! Here in FL, the person that hits you from behind is the at-fault driver. Even though my car is paid for, I still maintained full coverage just in case. I've had two cars totaled out before (SVT Focus and Grand Prix GTP) so I'm reluctant to lower my coverage. Make sure you get a copy of the full police accident report and give a copy to your insurance provider.

Not "come after you" per se. They'll just try to minimize what they're obligated to give you as much as possible. You don't need to go to the ER, which would cost more for you, anyhow. Go to urgent care.

They are fixing the maxi regardless of the amount... Gf family has a bad a$$ attorney in the family...
the Dodge and Ford dealership was right across the street and we have several witnesses just in case...

To top things off, CEL had came on a day before the wreck... smh

The NATS would be me throwing my spare key in and trying to start it is my guess but that code has been in the system for a year now but never threw a CEL..

I'll give you permission to knock the 2.5, but don't be knockin the CVT. I highly enjoy having a CVT.

In all honesty, they didn't do bad of a job....
They only specialize in high in cars... (Lambos, etc, etc....)

sorry for all you had to go through, but I don't see how this accident could have weakened the motor or the way how it's running.

Nissan black is nothing special. Extremely easy to color match. Just had my rear quarters repaired due to rust and had front fenders painted to repair years of rock chips. My buddy did this in his garage at his house. Paint matched up perfectly. Can not even tell it's been painted compared the rest of car.
