87,000 miles with bad suspension knock, clatter at 3k rpm coming from exhaust mani (thinking precat), lost power after 4k rpm (maf), and other bs...

Keeping things sweet and simple, what are some decent springs, struts, strut mount bars, ect. combos that are not to soft in ride??

With the exhaust system, what are good headers that will still have me pass the yearly inspection but gain some numbers on the sheets??

And yes, I see the suspension topics on the main page... Kinda hard to miss them
