Help Please

Hey, I know this post maybe should put in the "detailing" section but since I need a quicker response I'm putting it here. Anyway I was driving to work the other day and there was road work on my street well I hear what sounds like a lot of rocks hitting the car but didnt think it was going to cause anything major.. but when I got to work I look at my door and see tons of white paint dots, and now there all over my car. I tried washing it and the claybar nothing gets them off. What can I do? should I even go the route of calling my city for them to take responsibilty? Ill attach pictures...

If it is actually paint, I am "guessing" it will be very hard to remove. Can't even suggest anything as I have never had anything like that happen to me. If I were you I would definitely contact your city (assuming the road was actually accessible by public). I would've been so pissed!

Best of luck!
