Alignment question after drop
So i dropped my car on eibachs a while back and threw on a set of g35 coupes with new tires...since then my steering wheel is slightly off center and my drivers front tire makes a weird sound like theres a rock stuck in the tread and gets louder the faster you go...The car does not pull to either side..will the car ride better with an alignment ? whats the downside if any to needing an alignment ? The car does not pull to either side ...Tires seem to be wearing evenly so far.

How much do the tires cost? Say $600
How much does an alignment cost? $60
Don't you think it's worth spending a tenth of the cost of the tires for peace of mind?
Hell the steering wheel off center alone would make me get an alignment...

The car might still track straight even though the alignment is off. Typically, shops charge you a small fee for the alignment check (like $20), and then a larger fee if they need to make adjustments (like $80). Make some calls. Just about every dealership has an alignment machine, and most of the larger shops. It's worth it.
And if you think there are a number of other suspension mods/repairs in your future, consider a "lifetime alignment" package.
