Axle or Hub or PS?

Okay so when I am driving usually above 30mph and turn the wheel left I hear a humming noise from the passenger wheel area. the tire pressure is fine and I feel a little resistance in the wheel when this happens.

When I turn to the right the noise does not exist and when I am on center I hear it only if the road lane is tilted where I need to hold the wheel a little left. I am thinking its an axle or hub or PS issue.

The PS does not make excessive noise or have any issues when stopped and turned lock to lock.

The noise definitely sounds like a binding/rubbing and after a long drive the other day it almost sounded like metal on metal but that subsided the next day.

I have never done anything on this 03 with 130k miles suspension wise

That means no struts, springs,LCA's, tie rods, hubs, boots or anything.

I guess I am just looking for some Sage advice from all you peeps

I'm leaning toward wheel bearing because when they are on their way out they are known to make a more pronounced noise when extra pressure is put on them (e.i. turning the wheel slightly to the left.)

I concur, sounds like a bearing to me too. In my experience a bad bearing will make noise when you turn in the opposite direction, just as you described, because the outer wheel is loading. A tool I find very handy for diagnosing certain noises is a mechanic's stethoscope. I picked one up for less than $10 and it makes checking wheel bearings very easy. Lift the wheel, place the stethoscope tip on the hub/knuckle from the inside, spin the wheel and listen for the music.

Yup my passenger side is going. Heard the humping noise a week ago thought it was my brakes. Now my pedal is super spongy cause the bad bearing is pushing the cailper out. Also another way to see if its bad is jack your car up, and check the wheel for play back and forth, up and down
