Just get exhaust wrap and wrap your Y-Pipe and exhaust, helps somewhat, but you'll get that bit of "rasp" when u let go of the throttle at high rpms.

Thanks for help.

Andre, keep your resonator when you put on the Y-Pipe. If you get a full exhaust system, try to have a good resonator/ muffler combo. The combo of Y-Pipe, 2.5" RT Cat, 2.5" SS Mid pipe and stock muffler made for beautiful music.

cattman y->stock cat->custom b-pipe (no res)->stock muffler
Are you selling your b-pipe?

Nice rumble, exhaust seems a bit higher toned, but still somewhat throaty.

I have a cattman y, stock cat, stock res.. stock muffler. In your opinion (performance wise) is it worth it to install an RT cat and custom b-pipe (one or both?)
