HIDExtra Lighting Issue.

Sup guys.

Hooked up a HIDextra H4 bixenon kit, and it powers on, the issue is that when the headlight switch is set to lowbeams, the highbeams are lit up and it shows highbeam on the dash. When I flick the stalk to highbeam, the lights go out completely.

Does anybody have any idea as to what this could be? Has anyone used HIDextra's kits on here?

It sounds like a wiring issue. 5th gens are negative switched so wires will have to be switched around.

Which plug? Are you talking about the small white plug that has the two pins in it? If so I can swap pins and try it out.

I realized this just now. Called their number well within their business hours and it just rang. Weak.
