Cops do tend to frown on the use of emergency colors on street vehicles... I got pulled over the night I did these 
Most states I've lived in prohibit the use of emergency colors on regular cars. I try to give them as little of a chance as possible to pull me over.
F.I. - a cop can pull you over if your license plate frame covers or partially obscures the county part of the tag, or the registration sticker.
