According to the FSM, the code P0507 is either the electric throttle control actuator or an intake air leak.

P0507 is most likely the Idle Speed Control Unit. The relearn will not do any good until you replace this part. Very common failure. Do not keep driving your car with this failure as it will begin to take out other parts with it.

Not sure if this is relevant with the 02+ though.

OP, does your car go into fail safe mode? If not, it is most likely an air leak.

In the case of the 02+, it's the throttle control actuator. I wouldn't be so fast to go and buy a new TB.

Have you don anything to prompt this behavior, (anything related to the intake/MAF, manifold, and most importantly, TB).

I've changed my plugs a time or 2, and cleaned the TB and done spacers and removed them IM plenty of times, sometimes It takes a few relearns to actually work. IAVL and all associated "relearns".
