Help! Front and rear flashers causing havoc!

Hi
I recently replaced my left (front and rear) flasher bulbs and they are working fine.
What is happening when I put the left flasher on, the P (parking) light indicator in my dash and my heater temperature display flash alternately!

Has anyone seen this before?

Never seen that but that kind of thing will happen if you put the wrong kind of bulb in or the bubl has shorted filaments in it.

I didnt install Nissan-brand bulbs because no dealerships nearby had any, so I'm going to start there.
Thanks.

that's just weird. at 176k miles ive replaced dozens of blinker bulbs and ive never seen/heard of anything like this. sure you got the right bulb type? hard to screw up.

Pretty sure cause like you said its hard to screw up, especially the rear which has the offset side connectors.
For the front, the standard 1156NA are working.
For the rear I purchased 7507IL (12v PY21). It was a good fit, but i did notice that there is a bit of slack after screwing it in. The flasher still works though.
