Misfire cyl #6 Help

I have a 2000 maxima and have a misfire on Cyl 6.. pulled codes P1320 and P0306...tried swapping coil next to it which is #4 and still get a misfire on cyl 6 (disconnected plug that's how i figured out cyl 6 still wasnt working)..injector seems to be clicking....next i checked the spark and there is no spark in cyl #6... has new ignition coils and new cam sensor... what else can be wrong? not sure where to go from here..any help will be apreciated..

Have you changed your spark plugs recently? What brand are they? Condition? Test the signal that comes to the plug that plugs into the coil pack

I have the same problem code is P0306. I am going crazy already changing them coils. And i also have a rough idleing. I was thinking iac valve first. I cleaned it still the same rough idleing. Replaced maf sensor still the same rough idleing. But we checked the compression, i think it only have 30 no more than 40 (psi?)on number six plugs. I was wondering if my ecu is going bad? Do i need to reprogram the new ecu if i decided to get one or it is plg and Play. Thanks again

I am not sure about the compression. It sounds low, but hopefully someone else jumps in and answers you.

About the ECU, if it is bad and you get a new one, it is just plug and play.

To test the signal coming to the plugs on the coil packs:

Each coil pack has 3 wires going to it. A red wire, a black wire and some other color wire that is different on all the other coil packs.

Unplug the wire connector from the coil pack. Using an multimeter or a test light:

Red wire - check that you have 12 volts when the ignition swich is in the on position.

Black wire - connect one lead of the tester to this wire and the other lead to ground. You should have a connection.

Other wire (signal wire) - connect one lead of the tester to this wire and the other lead to other end of the wire at the ecu connector. You should have a connection.

I had the same problem, last week. It said misfire in Cyl #1. So i went to the local car parts store, bought someone spark plugs (NGK G-Power) and replace cylinder 1 plug. Ran the car, and the rough idling is gone and the Rough startup is gone. She purrs like a walrus now :P

(dont go crazy with the coils and what not, first thing you should do is change the plugs, it cheapest and easiest. and always!!!!!!!!! use a torque wrench!)

I hope this helped.
