Can you explain the symptoms in more detail (i.e., do rpm's jump, stay steady, how much do they jump)? It's important, because it's not necessarily a slipping transmission.

the rpm's jump but when u punch it... it like takes a second like lets say u build power then it shoots, the gears change except maybe from 1st to second, plus when the car is cold, n put it in reverse it's like a hard shift, sometimes the shifter gets lil hard to move from park on a flat surface

No oil change will fix a bad torque converter/transmission, to answer that question.

if the RPM's don't climb then it may be something with the engine.

Any codes

well. Seems to me like you need to get the engine running properly before you condemn a transmission.

A video of what your car is doing and more detail might help us help you. But you do need to address your engine codes. For all we know you have a Pre-Cat completely plugged and that's the issue.

Also, there is no liquid that will 100% fix any issue.
