Jumped battery and screwed up...

Car was sitting for 3-months and battery went dead. Accidently reversed cables on battery charge and believe something blew. All electrical works but nothing on engine. Did I screw something up or is it a blown fuse. If so is it in the drivers side fuse block under the hood? Thanks guys!

Fusible link on the battery? Thought that would kill everything though.

The fusable link only covers maybe 2/3 of the electrical system. I've often wondered why. But if you go into the EL section of the FSM, there is a block diagram of the electrical system. It is around page 8 of 10, each year of the FSM is different.

If the fusable link is blown, things like windshield wipers, windows, seats don't work. Things powered through the ignition switch do.
