Now ive searched and all the threads lead me to believe its the alternator but every thread the issue is they stay on and not go away. But mine go away when I hit the gas. You guys think its just a grounding prob? I just replaced my old alt with a 125amp alt from advanced just 2 months ago
Advance isn't known for having the best alternators, unless you fork out the money for their high end ones. I used to work for them for 4 years part time, and we had tons of their starters and alternators come back.

Yeah I ordered the 125 amp brand new which was the most expensive one they had thinking it wouldnt have any issues and looks like I was wrong. You think its still under warranty after 2 months? I cant find my order receipt smh

You should still be in their computer system, so they might exchange it without the receipt. I believe you need the receipt if you want a refund. I'd remove it and have it tested. If it's not putting out the amount of charge needed at idle it can trip those warning lights.

And yeah, it should still be under warranty after 2 months.

That could be a possibility...

Our cars have the dumbest belt tensioner design.

Nah i only tighten the pulley because i bypassed the ac compressor with a shorter belt the compressor is bad, i just torque it down and its been fine since. When it starts to squeal on start-ups i just loosen the bolt and tighten the pulley back down and its fine again. hasnt squealed since i replaced the alt 2 months ago

"Brobaru" I've never heard that one before. I have heard of Brolution. I was never one to follow the crowd. Honestly I didn't even know there was as larger of a maxima community as there is. I wanted to mod a maxi because I've never seen one locally modified. They are either beat to **** and wrecked or pristinely maintained stock with some old person driving it.

Lol yeah exactly! My first car was a 91 SE and ive been hooked ever since, ive only owned maximas. 91SE, 93SE, now my 97 VQ35 Max. Its cool when people stare at your car in amazement bc they never knew Maximas could look/sound good when ppl mod them. Gives me motivation to smoke them Brobarus and Brolutions one day!

why do I always have to restart my windows 7 laptop when i want to keep internet connection?

Rephrase: I can not close the lid and put the unit in sleep mode or hibernate without the network connection to my wireless wigging out. I have to restart the thing before it recognizes and reconnects...

yeah well my wife's Win7 laptop doesn't do that. It sleeps when she closes the lid. I had to change it to "do nothing" when the lid was closed, that's the only way to get it back up when the lid opens again, aside from the restart.

Looked in device manager upon re-awakening, and the "Microsoft Virtual WiFi Miniport Adapter" had the little alert symbol next to it...said it couldn't power on.

Driver for said "miniport adapter" is up to date

Unfortunately, that's one of the few parts we can't bumb off of a 4th gen when you're strapped for cash.

On another note, I'm having a terrible misfire right now. It's coming from cylinder #4. Swapped coilpacks, and injector pigtails and still nothing. I just wanna get this motor out already.

I've been watching Top Gear lately on Netflix, from way back in the beginning. Since I haven't had cable TV in a long, long time, I've never actually watched Top Gear, although obviously I know about it.

Anyway, in Season 2, Clarkson completely shreds the 350Z. Wow.

Watching these old shows reinforces why this video is so funny:

One thing I like about Top Gear is that they're not afraid to thrash anything on their track.

For example...
