crispy enough... after 6 minutes of cooking. It wasn't crispy like a dry twig, but it was about the same as I cook it from the pan.
promise it's more convenient and less mess than having to put it in a pan and cook it up and wipe off the stove afterwards..i usually cook it up when i'm doing my breakfast salmon and grits..while it's cooking i'll chop up my onions and get my grits going...by the time i have all that done, the bacon is done close to done..if not done i'll be drinking my coffee and carolans irish liquer until it is done then proceed to transfer the grease and bacon to the pan w/ the salmon and onions..cook it up and benefit

Details.
ingredients:
3-4 slices of this cooked

1 can of red/pink salmon

1 cut onion (i usually dice mine)
some accent for a little more flavor bang
once the bacon is cooked, put it in a pan w/ the grease..throw the cut onion and can of salmon in...
cook it on med..med/high until cooked all the way thru and the onions are sauteed..throw it over some grits, and orgasm as many times as you like. then clean up your mess

I have one of these at home:
buying the pre-sliced was easier.
I'd probably not use anything, Salmon has a good deal of Omega 3's. I might use an egg white or 2.
but yea that's why i love salmon for breakfast on the weekends

that countdown was saddening...he did the count and just dipped the *** out
