Nice! That was almost lyrical, cj. Expand on it a little, add a soft bongo drum, and you could recite that at the local coffee shop.

Yeah, Tuner. What are the shiny bits? The jack is a little too fancy for a mechanic, no?

In following posts, there's a reference to the AE engine cover, which the larger piece somewhat resembles in dimension. And the long piece kind of looks like it could straddle the upper cross-beam to the radiator.

But that would both be on his 2001 Maxima, not his G.

Plus... eww-w-w.

they are splash guards I believe folks. A guy on here was trying to make them and might have finished unless tuner found somewhere else to purchase from. Here they are: http://forums.maxima.org/6th-generat...h-shields.html

Being that air runs directly under it I don't think it would be a problem. Spray so Line-X on it and your set

Well that was unexpected... the US version of the galaxy S III is only going to have a dual core cpu. But they doubled the RAM up to 2GB. It's clocked at 1.5ghz and actually runs just as fast as the EU version with twice the core count. Looks like samsung knows wtf they are doing.

I want a galaxy S2 or S3 as my next phone. Sure it's bigger than what I've got right now (T-mo mytouch 3g slide), but dayum it's beautiful!!!

dual core for a smartphone is mooooore than enough. Heck, this core 2 duo desktop I built is more than enough for a lot of the stuff I do.

Question .... N this may be directed at Chester moreso

What's a good way to clean up a dirty engine bay given I have an aftermarket filter on?

Cover the filter with a plastic bag, like a Ziplock freezer bag?

Newmexmaxmodmanmanny 2.5" test pipe is installed, flames are more like fire farts on cold startup, but still let err1 kno I mean bidness

And its not as raspy as I thought, I had a friend let her rip on the highway, definitely MUCH louder than before and MUCH louder than the red car at WOT, car goes from whisper quiet to all hail breakin loose.... but this ultra flow muffler and random 10" resonator gots ta go, just measured the diameter.... Chits 2" crush bent.... Your typical godawful .org catback. I want to put on the 3" sooooo bad but I have to keep the results relavent to most of the 4th genners. So I will put the 3" on and spacers then re-dyno, hopefully breaking the red car's barrier.

lol

guy at welding shop today tried to school me on my muffler choice: You know with this you're not going to see any gains, right? *quizzical look on his face*... I tell him "yeah I know. I'm not going for that. I'm going for visually pleasing with the option to upgrade later, and when I do upgrade my exhaust I plan on keeping this muffler setup, that's why the muffler is 2.5 and why i didn't opt for the shorter one".

He looked at me all disappointed, like he expected me to argue with him or something...

Your muffler choice sucks because you justified it like a 40 year old woman picking out cell phone plans, AND you didn't get a Cattman 3".

Well, you are, because you didn't get an exhaust that actually makes power.
