yup... i know 9 that just got laid off... ready for why?.... i think they are laying off the higher paid leads, keeping the helpers then re hire for some of the position so they can start paying the new guys $13 and the helpers get promoted to leads and who knows, maybe only at $14.... fcukin sad.... best buy is the shadiest company i know man
the other lead that was at my store got laid off and i just got word yesterday that there is a JOS for his position now... trying to cut costs... and im like why even be so shady?... why not just give the man the option of a pay cut and if not, break the news... i told my family, bestbuy is a bridge ill happily burn... i will never support that company and i would strongly urge others not to... one of my friends is safe for now but i told him he might want to look elsewhere
Found the FSM for my car today, and I'm figuring out how to remove the fogs. Here's what I've got... nothing is easy on this car.
Remove the lower corner engine cover from under the car: 5 bolts
Remove the bumper grille (the rectangular, cross-hatched piece): 5 clips
Remove the bumper finisher (the chrome trim): 4 clips
Disconnect the fog light harness connector wire.
Remove the fog light mounting bolt.
Pull the fog light assembly forward.

Spray the vinyl and lens with windex, lightly.
lay it over top leaving 1" all the way around excess, use a hair dryer to warm it slightly and a spatula to push the vinyl into the corners until you have full coverage.
use the hair dryer to dry the vinyl while working it into place and pushing the bubbles out.
Then use a new sharp razorblade and run the circumferance of hte lens.

Take her to the beach. Like that photo you posted a while back. Nothing overtly special. Pack up a little picnic. Budget style. Here's the key. Spend a little money on her favorite adult beverage. I find things becomes more romantic to a woman if she has a nice buzz.
lol... believe me... she always want some extra cinderella type of surprise... but the alcohol thing sounds like a great idea... ima have to find a ******* stallion, get a TV crew and dress in mothafcukin white linen and swoop her up off the hot sand on the beach and ride off into the friggin sunset or some dumb shyt like that... i know its her day and all but damn
The people I work with are brain dead. I need to look up and print out payroll info, so I was told to go on ADP and create a username. Unfortunately they didn't tell me I need a registration code to do that.
You really don't need to take it off, at all.

After covering the lens, I cut off the obvious excess folded around the sides, then wrapped it tight in black tape. IDK how well it will hold up, but for right now it's pretty good.
You know, these lenses have this weird milky, cloudiness to them. They aren't crystal clear. Must be a design thing, because it's only a year old.
Anyway, I'm done. My arms are pretty scratched up, too.
wash and dry...done
claybar car...done*
claybar front and rear windshields...done
breaktime, gonna wash and dry the Outback now, give Squeaker's car a little love while mine cools down in the garage. Lunch time and dog-walk, then back to it.
*Have to claybar the hood in the garage, since I was a dummy and didn't realize the sun was moving over the big trees and hitting the hood.

Waiting for Hustler to hate on it. There's pretty much nothing I could do with my car that he would like, which makes that kid my perfect upside down barometer.
Problem is, phatoboi won't be his butt buddy on this one. He's a fan of amber.

I liks the amber in the headlights.... Not the fog, I would've matched the Fogs with the hid's in the headlights.... I did like your car when you bought it.... Don't get where you are going with this
