Then again, it's not like a had a whole lot of problems with my old Max. It was extremely well maintained. Things that broke got fixed, replaced or upgraded right away.

Well based on the over-building so far (my normal M.O.), you're probably right. I'll start aiming for 350 and as my supporing mods increase and I see how the engine takes it, I will no doubt increase my output closer to 400. I can forsee that, and that's part of the reason I'm over planning/building. Because I don't want to buy stuff twice. I know what we all know, it's never enough power.

You always want more. With bigger injectors all I really need is a couple supporting mods, increase in boost, and tuning in order to get signifigantly more power from the target baseline.


My hope is that these Injectors are linear enough that I can run much lower fuel levels through them with regular control. And they should be. But If they're not, I'll likely have to either put them on the shelf until more power happens, or sell them.
neither will be an issue, especially at only $200 initial investment.

I don't even follow this thread. Never read back. When I have time to participate I do but only in the ongoing stuff.

As for plans do you mean to boost the car? Cause that was really always the plan. I'm just doing my best to take it slow and be prepared for it.

I am watching the Classified ads closely and when a good SC kit comes up I'll buy it. Until then, I need to get Dual widebands so I can start a little more into the tuning side of things.

Ideally, I want to learn to tune on the N/A engine. Start with a OEM base type tune and work from there. I would prefer to be fairly comfortable with the Haltech prior to boost.
