Been there, ate that. Quite good actually. A bit richer than I expect it to be, goes great with alfredo or other cream-based sauces. BUT If I've got a marinary sauce I stay with the regular pasta

The company I USED to work for was a supplier to GE Aerospace...Hell every aerospace contractor for that matter. We used to call Gnocci 'sinkers'. They're rich alright, & why a Marinara is overpowered by them. I prefer a robust Bolognese sauce with Gnocci. Go all in or not at all!
