It's good to feel like a total *** once in a while. Keeps you real and humble, so just go with it.
Didn't Nissan have a number of "classes" you had to take just to purchase the GT-R? IIRC, there's a silly stack of papers you have to sign. It takes three times as long to take delivery of Godzilla than it does a normal car.

4 months and a basic drivers course on how to start and operate the car in auto and Manual mode and where the jack points are and that its better to call roadside before attempting ro change the tire yourself.everything else is explained in one of the 5 manuals they give you in that briefcase.and the release tou sign is for release of liability for accidental death
And that's just for the GT-R. Just imagine what it must be like for some of the other supercars.

Dude this crap is crazy. But GT sucks *****.
If you ever want to drive a real simulator game not that GT garbage:
http://www.iracing.com/
You will literally race against the same people who race nascar, etc using this. This is what they use.
They have all the tracks (ACTUAL TRACKS) lazer scanned to perfection, everything is REAL. If you can put the numbers down on this game you can put the numbers down on the actual track. Even the little divets, etc are factored in.

#sigh.... not looking forward to emissions in a month .............. which brings me to a question... when extending o2 sensor wires can i just "strip/solder/and electrical tape that wire??... i know there is a thread on it... dont know if i want to crimp em on a connector or solder.... more than likely the latter

Pretty sure you need to use crimp & solder, sealed butt connectors. Not a soldering tool and a spool of wire... you're not building a transistor radio.
Yes, I said butt connectors, LOL. Deal with it.

HERE YOU GO CJ... slammed 6spd... and his motor was designed i japan

Both are fun, but one is on a whole differnet level.
And iracing is cheap for what you get. Like crazy cheap. It's just insane how much is put into it, read up on the site a bit. It's enthrauling.

Probably the best bet.
Using butt connectors will change the resistance properties too much and isn't as reliable. Soldering is about as close as you can get to making the wire like it was never changed, if done properly.
02's and other sensors rely on resistance readings, so changing the wires or extending them changes the resistance and thus alters the readings. These can be very sensitive to changes in wire composition/connections.
Don't crimp anything.
Wouldn't say that, just after playing a REAL simulator, Gran turismo seems like mini-putt compared to Professional golf, naaaamean?

yup... i think ima go that rout lol... plus i am a tad addicted to using shrink tubes lol

Yup cheap lil solder gun is ALL you need for this. 25W max.
Nope he's actually on the proper track. 60/40 solder with a 25W soldering gun.

Very crude, very basic O2 sensors, it's more of a GO/NO-GO type deal, not Hrmmm.... kinda rich.... hrmmm kinda lean..... situation.
Unless I need to take another trip into the FSM......
And the whole reason for the freak accident of me having no O2s ended up quite simple.... The wire got too friendly w/ my headers and then BZZT! No more O2 sensors.... I liked how the car ran since then so I've then said fck it as long as I can stay behaved w/ my right foot there are only benefits to be had, aside from my "inspections" which happen to be 2x the state cost....
