Truth isn't irrelevant. But is subjective based on priorities i.e. Kierkegaard/existentialism. I was speaking in generalization re: A majority of the .org discussions we see.

I purposely didn't want to harp on the gun issue. But I'll offer my opinion; If you don't like guns don't get one. If you do like guns educate yourself before getting one. As stated before, I don't chose to own one but defend the right to have the option of that choice. If there was an imminent threat to my life/liberty, I'll be 1st in line to get one.
Don't screw with the Constitution, it was written that way for a reason! I don't accept the premise it should be changed/interpreted with the times. Basic human nature is remarkably consistent & hasn't significantly changed since man walked upright.
There's plenty of laws currently in place to limit/control LEGAL firearms availability/purchase/ownership. Historically, you can't legislate a problem out of existence. Proven time & again i.e. abortion, drugs, guns etc. etc. The solution is enforcement of the current laws. Vs. legislation that doesn't stop criminals & erodes law abiding citizens civil liberties. As defined (NOT INTERPRETED) in the Constitution.

I saw CJ's gun, a beautifully crafted piece of machinery. Despite any jokes to the contrary, CJ's smart enough (& most legal gun owners) to only shoot a man if mortally threatened. If you believe otherwise accuse yourself of paranoia. Let's not go down the road of drunken/drug induced/stupidity shootings. Those acts amount to "Culling the herd" <IMHO>. Unfortunately, innocent bystanders are an inevitable byproduct of ALL stupidity. But as Ron White says "You can't fix stupid!"

And in a heavier car than most maximas on the road 200 ft/lbs ain't gonna cut it unless you're doing 120 rolls and lets face it, if you did a 40-120 you'd be so far aahead it wouldn't even be funny.

Soo fast that I can blow my manifold and drop the floorboard

Well I did, and here are the results:

Didn't work out so well though....

I wish I had the run where I had the speedo over the odo topping 6th, the car literally could not go any faster @ like 5900 rpm, it couldn't reach 6k to save it's life, that was the only moment in my life where I wish I had a 00VI

27 Constitutional Amendments later, and that opinion becomes BS, Bob.

And I should know, I'm a white landowner... so I get a vote on these things.

"And now for something completely different."

Longevity calculator...interesting;

This is a calculator that estimates your life expectancy.
Watch your age go up and down as you answer the questions.
It is interesting, give it a try.... How long will you live?

It was developed by Northwestern Mutual Life. It's interesting that there are only 13 questions. Yet, they can predict how long you're likely to live.

What the game is that you show no clear and defined direction in your decisions which causes aprehension on extending this to you for the simple fact that you cannot make up your mind and i feel as you would once again change direction after i have purchased the item.

On the subject of Maximas; I had an interesting revelation driving home from dinner with a good friend & his wife. I was just cruising on the highway w/0 traffic, into the music & admittedly not paying attention to my speed. On approaching traffic I noticed the closing rate seemed fast, glanced at the speedometer and realized it was just below 3digits. The car gave absolutely no perception of strain or instability at that speed aside from the typical 'bump steer wiggle' as I call it. It dawned on me, the fact it performs like that effortlessly & despite all the criticisms we put down on our cars, it's a remarkable vehicle.

Not for nothing, but there's a reason why the Life Expectancy Meter takes an 8 point nosedive when responding to the question about recreational drugs.

Just think Rochester. In a few more years we can discuss mods to our power-chairs!
I'm already thinking about how to add extra batteries & short throw joystick.

It was a mistake! For some reason I couldn't view one of your links. I tried following you to see if that would let me do it. Nothing more than that.
Guess since I did that I'm like "Joe the Carpenter". He built beautiful buildings, houses, & furnishings all his life. But suck 1 **** & nobody calls him Joe the Carpenter!

It just me , the wife and my kid... and the ground controls ride great on the agxs.. smooth and firm..never once did I bottom out. Front driver side shock was leaking when I swap the GC's on... so I guess it a great time to try something new out.... the reason I did the GC's is cuz I paid 100 for them new in the box

question, you said you tried to use S13 coilovers before and they didnt work because the bolt pattern on the knuckle was different, right? I dont know why i didnt put this together when i was talking to you yesterday but if it was simply a little bit to small, you drive a 5th gen. A 4th gen knuckle could work on that coilover.

unless you tried that on the coilover on a 4th gen it still didnt work then nvm

i wouldnt be surprised if the S chassis did come back. Nissan has to be just in awe at how much the old S13 and S14s are still relavant today.

I tried it on a 4th gen. And it was the top hats that didn't line up.

By the way, I was the one who posted the pic of the modified 5th gen JIC coilovers on nax's 4th gen. If the knuckle was the problem, I woulda been done that.

I remember reading somewhere that the U.S. president of Nissan was talking about the possibility of us seeing an S-chassis again as soon as 2014. Apparently we'll be getting a 2.0 turbo so that Nissan can get into all of the different sport classes on the market.

I just can't wait for 2021 to come around so I can import an S15.

****. Probably not an easy problem to get around either. you would need a maxima's strut mount anyway so i was like well if thats the case the only problem would be the if the strut would fit the knuckle.

what about the rears, although i have never heard of them being a problem a shorter rear could still be of benefit.
