Sorry for the delay. I strained my dominant hand today preventing a patient from falling. When the PT walking them wasn't paying attention. Tough typing one handed.

By any chance were you someone who actually got angry watching All in the Family in the 70's? You're so missing the point that there's no point in pointing out the point.

Layers, Bob. Like an onion. Layers.
Actually I didn't get angry since the show was an accurate satirical political statement on bigotry in America. I found it more thought provoking than anything else.

I know the feeling. My dog plowed her boulder head into my hand compressing my middle and ring finger down into my elbow when she decided not to stop running after returning her toy playing fetch. I got lucky, though. It was my recessive hand.

Well I consider the Pt's safety was worth pain moving my fingers, that should be gone by Monday. Plus I hate to fill out incident reports. Funny thing is when I was a Machinist I cut up my hands on several occasions & had to learn to do lots of things one handed. How quickly we forget!

Fill out the incident report. Do this every time. You don't have to pursue it, but it's better to have a record just in case. Don't leverage your employers safety days record or wc against your own health or well-being.

If the Pt fell it's mandatory. In this case it was a Pt loss of balance & save. Just, my bad for using poor body mechanics to keep the Pt standing up. That caused me to hyper-extend my fingers.

Good to hear you're actually using the car the way you planned. Sounds like you're really having fun.

I couldn't really watch the video... 14 minutes. Really need to edit that sucker.

That photo is awesome.

After going to the hardware store and not really finding much worth anything (they didn't have the neoprene-backed washers...grr), I just bought these online:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/221055928790...84.m1439.l2649

20 M6 countersunk bolts, 20 matching washers.

I'm disappointed in my hardware stores around here...seems like NOBODY has those damn neoprene washers except for the weird curved ones at lowe's that I mentioned a few pages back...also nobody has the M6 metric countersunk finishing washers. TONS of 1/4" ones, but they don't sit right with the M6 countersunk bolt.

I can get the button-cap ones relatively easily from the hardware store, so I may do that in the next few days, and still try to find a place to get those neoprene backed washers.

Edit it down to the highlights. 60 seconds seems about tolerable.

Took the G to the Auto-X a couple months ago with merovi and tunermaxima3000. merovi got the best lap (in my old car ) It was a blast. Tuner liked it so much he did it again up in Canada a few weeks ago.

So do you have a set of track rims and tires for your Subaru? And are you driving it at the Glen? IDK man, I remember the last time you said you were going to the Glen. And you didn't actually go.

Wow. That was absolutely brilliant. Violent imagery aside, that was the best post of the day.

Car cleaning got out of hand. But I'm done for now.

Washed, dried, polished, tires, windows, vacuum, amourall, doorjams, exhaust tips, engine bay, headlamps, weatherstripping, leather... 8200 miles on the clock, and it doesn't look a mile over 3000.

Nice night, though. Kinda tired.

^^ nicely done good sir.

I found out last weekend when I took 2 days on the maxima, that I tend to lose motivation on day 2. So next time, one car per day...and mine is first

oem wheels will be track wheels once the stock rubber is shot. i found my new wheels, but they are expensive and will wait till next year.

i will be going to the glen this fall, no doubt about it. the maxima last year was not ready for the track..

That reminds me to beg the question...'Tuner' how did the latest Auto-X go? Those suspension mods look great, what about the performance! Inquiring minds need to know.
