If i was trying to get his mind off something i'd start discussing something along the lines of like GTR performance upgrades, some of the problems people have etc. Not something that is inherently stress full when there's nothing bad happening. (Selling stuff)

CJ knows you want the coils. So do I. Just let it go for now, smoke a bowl or somethin, do whatever it is you do...go run down hookers on GTA4 or w/e...the colovers and CJ will still be here in a few days.

Either way.

I've been messed up all day since reading this news last night. I have a pretty little 12 year old here at home, and this whole thing brings me to tears every time I think about it.

Can't do anything for CJ except share a tiny little bit of his pain. Still feels like a lump in my chest, though. Can't imagine what he's feeling.

I know what you mean.

My wife's a youth advocate social worker in Seattle, and some of the stories she tells...I have to stop her before she starts. It's tough just hearing about it in the abstract, but when something of that magnitude happens to someone you know (no matter how close you know them) it's even heavier. And to actually have it happen to you and your family...wow.

I'm sure the Police and Social Services in PA are on this, and I know they offer this sort of program in the Seattle area, but victim's and victim's family counseling works wonders in situations like these.

I am owed a favor in the the area CJ lives and if after the trial justice is not served via the system.....rest assured it will be handled in private if CJ so desires. Over the course of my previous life I made quite a few disreputable friends and they would be more than happy to make a house call. Who knows maybe CJ will accidentally PM me a random address or picture and maybe I will randomly know what to do with it. Crazier things have happened

My wife is a microbiology technician, so with all the stool, urine and semen samples she has to analyze, believe me... I have to stop her before she starts, too.

Hmm. TMI there, I think.

I advertised nothing illegal and actually my solution would be completely legal like. I simply offered CJ a way to handle a problem via unconventional methods if he wants it.

I abide by all of the laws of this country and am a tax paying productive citizen. That being said there are some problems that require a certain "finesse" this being one of them.

Anyways, moving on now. I watched "Worlds wildest police videos" last night and saw a beautiful 4th gen get t boned after being chased by the cops for an hr lol

CJ, I just read about the situation. I'm shocked, my prayers & deepest sympathies are with you & your family. In spite of what you're feeling at this time, try to keep a cool head & curb your anger. Your family & especially your daughter need your love & compassion right now, focus on them. Seething with anger & hate for the perpetrator will only cloud that focus. I know it's easier said than done, but it's the best advice I can give.

Car stuff...

Watching an old Top Gear last night. They raced a Toyota Prius 10 laps around the track as fast as it would go, casually and effortlessly followed by a BMW M3, which was obviously not going as fast as it could go. The BMW got better mileage than the Prius.

Very cool.
