I can usually figure these things out if I've got the pics in front of me, but since I'm at work I don't have PS here...Ideally, I'm trying to create a new sig pic...with the ENGINE COVER ( ) and frontal car shot...you know?

i dont have PS at all...but i'm guessing there's a 'filter' of some sort that allows you 'shade' the pic after you have the pic to the size of a good sig..kinda darken up the pic a little bit

 

It's hard to say. Are you looking for a sig photo? I could help you with that, but you're going to get opinions from me you may not like. The whole car shot is out of focus with awkward light & shadows, and the engine bay shot is showcasing a pretty dirty bay.

If you want to share/post other pics, I'm sure we could come to something. But I wouldn't recommend these.
