Damn straight Hustler! Back in the day my brother's friend had a 72 350CID MT Camaro w/4BBL dual exhaust & Posi. My 73 Capri (2.6L/V6/MT)could beat it with a good 1>2 shift on a short run & on the highway it was no contest. The Camaro wouldn't go over 115 (w/350gear) & the Capri was good for 135.

Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't he match JP's cammed numbers? Sparks was always stock internally. I could be wrong though. That says a lot in my opinion. We all know how much the stock cams hold us back especially top end and that SSSIM held on to the power well past the stock redline. If that setup was cammed I'm positive it would have been over 300whp.

Nmex, post up a comparison of JP and sparks peak dynos.

Pretty sure i just lost 99% of the people in here, but it's info.

I'm apart of that 1% lol.

lol... even before JP cams he still failed and if he did pass his numbers it was never after the SSSIM... JP also never had a 3.5" intake with all this just so you know

What were JPs numbers before and after cams.

My point is, if JP has cams AND SSIM, but sparks made the same numbers with just SSSIM and all other mods were pretty much the same. How in the hell is the SSIM better than SSSIM? Lol. That makes no sense. And JPs cams are not very mild by the way.

Like I said though. I don't remember the exact numbers off the top of my head. So if you can post JP's highest dyno and nmex post sparks highest dyno that would be perfect.

see back in my day it was about balance ie equil length runners on intake and exhause take a look at equil length shorty headers now apply that same concept to your current intake minus the vias crap you would get a equil air charge to each cylinder

What about the TS ecu? You and I both know how good they did on that tune... It also has modded vtc maps too. The utec couldn't do that.

after thing you would also need a 5-6 inch TB and maf to match it maf wouldnt be so hard to make but the TB dont know also you would need a taller cam and retarded timing to allow for the additional air charge

JP had a Lspec ECU... no VTC maps until after cams he sent it back out and didnt gaind shyt lol... TS ECU wasnt tuned... after intalling em you still need a tune, AFR's were still fcukd up... plus the timing advance wasnt as aggressive as sparks
