I have a 2000 maxima with the 3.0 v6. around 1.5 years ago i had the same code as i do now pop up po340 so of course i replaced the camshaft pos sensor and its worked perfectly till now. my car had been running great i got in started it up it ran for a few seconds then died so of course i tried to restart it..nothing. so i checked the cel and got po340 so i again replaced the cam pos sensor. it started right away with the cel still on. so i let it run for like 1 minute shut it off and now it wont start again. i rechecked the cel still po340 so i cleared the code still wont start. the motor just continuously turns over.

~UPDATE~ This morning i started the car it ran for about 30 seconds and then died... tried to restart but just turned over so i rechecked the wiring to find oil in the plug so i cleaned it out really well and still doesn't start. Please i need some advice... thanks
