Advise on CPR job

Hi guys, I have a Nissan Maxima 2003 with 140 K on it. I am hearing a rattling sound (mostly from the rear end) when I drive it around 15mpl... It maybe there at higher speed but its not noticeable. I showed this to Meiniki and they said I need to have a CRP (Caliper , rotor, pad) done for the rear brake. According to them the brake is not being released completely after being engaged and hence is rubbing againt the tire which causes this sound.... THey have estimated $700 for the parts and labor

I want to know whether this is a reasonable price or it looks a bit too much. Should i get this done by buying the parts myself and from a local/craigslist mechanic. In this case, where should I buy the parts from. I am new to all this

Thanks for your advise

^This. It's not a major chore mate. Grab a friend, a couple of beers, and order a pizza. You'll probably have it done, or at least close, by the time the pizza gets there.
