first n00b thread i see that isnt a fail...on my part, i'm planning to mount my vafc in between the cracks that are on the center console so i dont have to tape anything up and it will give me the ease of removing it if people from the law come-a-snoopin'.

Made a torque link for the engine mount closest to the rad. (electric mount on the autos) didnt cost me a dime and took an hour to make and install.

Paint to match side markers, blacked out the inside of the headlights, painted rims a satin brushed bronze. next on the list is to wrap some interior trim in wood grain vinyl. Also ,i dont know if this is common with these vehicles, my SE came with the carbon color trim (clock housing, ashtray and shifter bezel, and top vents, it turned out to be abnormally soft! i could gently run my finger along it and it would leave a large imprint. i had to wet sand all those peices plus the window switch housing for like 4 hours befor i could paint them. has anyone else had issues with there trim paint to be super soft?
