Define shake. Steering wheel wobble left to right, or just vibration? What rims/ how wide you running?
I ask only because I wonder if it could be the rims/balance. I was running 350z rims and the guy who originally balanced the new tires failed to balance them properly. Something about failing to balance both inside and outside. Caused my steering wheel to wobble back/forth. Mine was worst at 55 mph but slight below that and almost non-exist ant above that speed.

If it worsens, I suggest looking into the balance. Mine was slight at first too.
I've been surprised at the number of shops lately I've been to (mid and upper end) that can't seem to properly install and balance tires.
Let us know if there are any changes.
