I have this parts car that has a half tank of gas, Any Ideas how I can temporally wire the fuel pump to empty tank ?

You can do it one or two ways, either unplug the fuel line @ the filter, turn the key to "on", and keep it going till it's gone.

Or take a source of 12~ volts and jump the pump directly (for bonus points you can get a in line fuse for 15amps w/ the positive wire).

Not rocket science either way.
