I still noticed the difference with/without the FSTB even with the Coilovers. I got a stillen one after I had already installed the coils.

Driven back to back in the same location, etc, there was a notable difference in initial turn-in, less body roll and more responsive.

Kind of takes SOME the 'sponginess' out of the initial turn in, after that, it's no different. That's really the ONLY thing I noticed. A small thing, but worth it, IMO.

this is the best way to describe it !

A slight feeling at initial turn ins especially in slow to medium turns, I love it especially for $20.

That last part is so true. I felt a very slight improvement in turn in on stock setup just cause the tops are tied and the strut/spring 'communicate' Slightly better with eachother. I'll put it back on after the suspension comes on, it'll be even.more slightly noticeable. I got mine for $20 but anything more than like 80 for a really nice one is a waste of money

I have an 03 and it's been a few years that I added the Stillen front strut bar along with the Stillen adjustable rear sway bar. I think you need to do both if your going to go for it. Car handles pretty good going hard into corners. Feels very controlled. It's no corvette but not bad for a Max.

Rsb is a good mod to reduce understeer and I heard it is noticeable. All I know is thicker and stiffer rsb reduces understeer on fwd cars

I bought mine from Racingline Performance new for $100. Then I had the brackets sand-blasted and powder-coated in Black Chrome, matched with polished titanium strut nuts, and titanium retention pins.

Never for a moment thought I was going overboard.

^Couldn't agree more.
That is so gorgeous. At the level your engine bay was at, and the purpose, the money is easily justified.
