Black suede sun visor help needed

I got a black suede headliner. My sun visors, "holy ****" handles, and front seat belt posts are still grey. I used some harware from a 4th gen for the tweeter grills and back dome light and it looks good.

My question is i need to make everything black without painting anything. The only thing that should be painted is the front dome light housing because i cant get that in black. I was thinking of using 4th gen "oh ****" handles and visor hardware.

I have 4th gen visors. I took them apart and got the hardware out but i destroyed the 4th gen visors getting them out. I cant have that happen on the 5th gen visors. Any advice would help. These visors are like clamshells. They come apart and unfold but the glue nissan uses is strong. I need to take these apart to get the 4th gen hardware in. Any suggestions?

Heat gun / blow dryer? That usually loosens up adhesive, that's how I pull off overlays at work, especially old ones that are on there real good...
