BEST EYEBROWS EYE LIDS?
I understood OP is asking about plastic cosmetic peices that go overtop the headlights.......not angel eyes or halos.
Maybe I'm mistaken.
I've only seen two styles of eyebrows, thin and thick. Depends on which you prefer. Can do a forum search or google for images of Maximas with them
installed. Get both cheap off eBay.

i really like the sorona designs one it looks awesome but its also 85 dollars i think around that area i would love those on my car but 85 dollars is like 2 fillups at the gas station lol but its your money so do what u want 
sometimes when i get bored i plastidip eyelids on my car myself and they look awesome if you dont care about it just being black but now plastidip has other colors i heard of people using nht niteshade but i wouldnt do that to my car cause its so hard to take off. but if u only want to spend 5 to 7 dollars on a can of plastidip and some painters tape give it a go. i done it to my 00 max, 01 civic and my 03 max and i also did it for 2 friends a 03 tl and a 01 accord and everyone said it looked like the real deal that you pay big bux for goodluck
