it's probably going to cost you alot of $, I got a quote from HID illusions and they said the price range was 500-1000 for custom led tails. The ebay led tails would be your best bet.

 

How good is the light output from the Ebay lights?

 

i've seen some pictures and I would have to say subpar at best, plus i'm not really a big fan of the design of them.. sorry to say but there aren't really a whole lot of options for 5th gen maximas as far as tail lights go, most just slap on an SE style and call it a day.. but if you have the $ go with the LED tails on ebay and repaint or vinyl wrap the outer part to black.
