Alright I've realized that I completely hijacked this thread, sorry dj.

I did try my own version of this method, I used a meat syringe with a clear hose (same typically used for bleeding). Filled the syringe, attached the hose, pushed fluid to the end of the hose, and attached that end to the bleed screw on the slave cylinder. Then open the bleed screw and push fluid up thru the system. If you have any hidden air you should see it come through the resovoir on the master, I didn't have any air so I didn't see any haha... Damn

I hear that brother, the maze that is our clutch line is seriously rediclous. I'm sure there is method to the mayhem, but I don't know what it is, and I would actually like hear the pro's of that mess.

Have you sourced a ss braided full master to slave line?

$40 bucks

And as far as a reason for that madness?? My dad was an F-14 mechanic for 20 years in the Navy, he's also done a LOT of hydraulic work aside from that. He took one look at that mess and said somebody on the engineering team had a friend that needed to sell a bunch of tubing.

I'm planning on changing my clutch/flywheel in the spring. Figured I'd change the master/slave cylinders and that damn mess of line while I'm at it.
