I'd paint it black, but then again I do all my UIMs in black. I think it looks really good. Depends on the color scheme of your engine bay though.

I ended up painting it sheer silver metallic. It turned out good. I'll post a picture soon

Man, photobucket is crap. I don't know why people use that so often on here. imgur.com is the way to go.

OP just used the wrong link to embed the photo. That doesn't make Photobucket crap.

Imgur is nice and all, but the 225 image cap is off putting.

I didn't mean it was crap for that reason. I just don't like the layout, it's often slow to load and the ads are annoying (Imgur still has ads but its fit into the page layout nicer, I don't notice them). I can understand the image cap issue with it though, I actually didn't realize it had a limit as I don't create albums I just use it to upload and link and for that it's fast and simple.

Oh okay, yeah I agree with you there. imgur is great for random single uploads, but as far as albums go it still needs work.

I threw it on my car last night. It definitely feels alot better in the high end, but lost alot of low end torque. It looks good too!

I was asking to see what the work done on yours looked like. Last ssim I made had about 10 hours in it. Full shelf delete, everything smoothed out, V'd the elbow, opened up the opening of the tb (before it the elbow splits into two is the biggest restriction of the entire im), with opening it I cut the crude v into a deep smooth U. Gonna start work on another one soon. Oh and I second, No tune, no ssim.

Thats why it runs like crap. I would put an OEM one on until you are able to tune.....

Does it really throw in THAT much more air in that a tune is needed? The stock tune can handle a few bolt ons. It obviously wont give me the full potential but its not, not doing anything to adjust my a/f ratios. And i work at a nissan dealer and used consult to bump my timing 2* after the install
