Am I Missing Parts? (+ATF and Plug Questions)
Sorry for shoving so much into one post, but it's better than making 4 different threads. I am hoping for some imput from you guys, because I don't have another Maxima to compare this to. I think I am missing some parts. Again I appoligize for the quantity of problems, there are a lot of things going wrong on this thing...
Trunk:
I noticed that the "bumper rubber" (as its listed in the parts catalog) was missing on one side. I ordered a replacement, but I also noticed that there was another "bumper rubber" missing! Has anyone experinced this before? Also, does anyone else see anything else that could be missing?
Hood (engine bay):
I was checking this out the other day because I need to replace it. I went to inspect the other one and noticed...
The other one is missing? Is there only supposed to be one? And since I'm at it ... is there anything else missing from here?
Also, my other questions pertain to the ATF fluid and the plugs in the trunk.
I can't seem to get these two to go in right. Anyone know how?
Also, I had the ATF changed about 2 months ago. I noticed that the transmission was shifting crudely, so I had a look at the fluid level and I found that it seems a little low, but I can't really tell (I have no experience with this). Does this look like a sufficent level, and does it look clean? I question whether or not the shop even changed the fluid at all...

you are missing the trunk lid cover along with the bump stops that you have mentioned.
not sure what you are referring to the underhood pics. There should only be one hood open switch on the drivers side.
the black clips you have to unscrew first before attempting to secure them in the hole. They break easily too.
looks like you are checking fluid with cold transmission and engine not running. On our cars, you have to warm up the transmission fluid and check level with engine running and transmission in park.

Cool, thanks!
I didn't even know there was a cover lol. In the engine bay, I was confused because there are holes for another hood open switch and was wondering if there was anything else missing...
Also I'll check again tomorrow with the engine warm for the ATF and see what comes up. Thanks!
